Will it accelerate weight loss to not use calories earned thru exercise? Or it is more beneficial to take in the calories?

Have fit bit and fitness pal linked. If I use the calories that fitness pal adjusts will I still stay on the weight loss schedule? I understand that'st the way its supposed to work? But does it?

Creatine Vs. weight loss?
I've pretty much been using it and trying to get bigger for a long time. Now that I'm older I would like to trim down. Is it possible to use creatine and still loose weight?

Don't let jawbone fool ya!
Was loosing weight just going by my calories, got a jawbone up and started going by the adjusting calories! My weight loss stalled immediatley! I Love the activity tracker and sleep tracker on the jawbone, but just be for warned dont pay to much attention to the adjustment it makes to your fitness pal #'s!:wink:

Sugar
Its everywhere! Should I be more worried about sugar? Carbs? or just concentrate on my calorie goals. Lost about 14, need to lose 17 more but seem to be over the limit on sugar every day no matter the total calorie count. Is chicken, fish and greens the only way?
