I know its not healthy or a particularly good strategy but Ive dropped from 229 to 210 in 4 weeks doing enough exercise to bring my net calorie intake in at just under a 1000 a day, I'm a 6ft 2 male aged 39. Hopefully I can keep it off anyone with similarly quick weight loss managed to keep it off?
I expect to reach my target weight by the end of Jan, I might drop 5-7lb below target to give myself a little leway, i was gonna increase my calorie intake from 1500 to 2000 to see how that goes and find a good balance after that. What would anyone suggest as an alternative?
Been stuck on 214 for around four days then suddenly two days later another 4lb gone, always weigh myself same time of day after a similar calorie intake for that time of day. Last two days haven;t been much different to the others where did it go? not complaining though!
Just decided to do this for a little extra motivation over the Christmas Period, just been on google images and found an image of a pound of fat. For every pound I lose I'm adding a piccy of a pound of fat to my profile photo gallery. so 15 thus far and 18 to go.
