How would you log the 60-day Insanity workout (that's seen on late night infomercials)? Would it be high-impact aerobics? Low-impact? Yoga? (for the stretching aspect at the end of each session) Note: this is for the "exercise diary" on MFP. Thanks MFPers!
Does anyone have a simple resource that helps them build a menu for the week? By resource I mean a website, cooking book, or "mom's 'ol favorites" list from home.
