Categorizing the Insanity workout

How would you log the 60-day Insanity workout (that's seen on late night infomercials)? Would it be high-impact aerobics? Low-impact? Yoga? (for the stretching aspect at the end of each session)

I've been comparing it to high impact cardio so far. I'm trying to get my heart rate monitor to read it for me, but so far it's not working. I just ordered digifit to connect my iPhone to the HRM. From what I've read, using a HRM is the best way to calc it.0
