I just started this about 5 days ago, and I am about to have my first weigh in soon so I would really love to have some more supportive friends.
My mom and I both went walking the same speed and same amount of time, we both logged in the same exercise but I burned less calories! I want to know if how much you weigh determines the amount of calories you lose doing a certain amount of exercise. I really appreciate the answers.
