Runners - Recommend Your Foam Roller
I want to put a foam roller on my Christmas list. Checked on Amazon and there's all kinds of them...who knew?! Some smooth, some bumpy, some both. Any recommendations? Or an explanation of when you would use smooth vs. bumpy? Thanks!!
