Confused about my activity level
I am just confused on how I should log my activity level. I do a fitness boot camp 5 days in a week and as per my HRM I burn around an average of 400cals with every workout. Some weeks when I do get a chance, I do half an hr of elliptical, not very high intensity and burn around 150 cals during my lunch break at the office…

Gained 3 lbs by doing the exact same thing like last week :(
I usually weigh in on Mondays at my gym. Last Monday I was 137 lbs, did the same exercises, same calories the entire week and today I was 140 lbs. I am trying my best to not feel down about all this. Someone please confirm if my calories calculated are correct
Hi, I am 5'4 female , Age 34 Wt : 142 lbs and workout 5 days a week for an hr at an outdoor fitness boot camp where I burn an average of 450 cals(as per my HRM).
