How long do you wait to run after eating?
Sometimes I go for a run after eating and waiting only an hour and I'm fine, makes me wounder if I'm overestimating how bad my cramps will be. Other times, I get caught with killer cramps if I don't wait enough. Is this more related to the liquid than the food? What about you all?
