why am i slower on dreadmill??
First, I am not a fan of it, but I use it as needed. I have a hard time running a 12 minute mile on it, inclince is between 1.5 and 2. How do I get back into my schedule? The back story: I bruised the front of my foot, in between ankles, 11 days ago. Last Wed it became increasingly painful to run, then hurt all the time.
