Making weight tomorrow
I've got a power lifting competition tomorrow and I'm trying to make weight for the 181 class. I weighed 189.4 yesterday in gym clothes post-workout. Four weeks ago I weighed 190.2 in the same condition and the next day weighed 187.1 in just compression shorts and a 2-hour dry-out before my bod pod test. Today will feature…

Stop Stealing My Wheels
OK, so I did three sets at my work weight this morning on bench. Twice I had to ask different people to please put my wheel back on, as for whatever reason they decided my loaded barbell was a good place to take a 45 instead of, well, anywhere else you could find one. STOP IT!
