Help! I spent the money. I have 20lbs to lose. I cheated the first week. I really want this to work. please tell me how you stayed motivated on this diet.
I'm trying to get to the gym 5 days a week. I want to burn the most calories in the least time without being so miserable that I'm discouraged. So far I'm finding that I can burn about 100 cal. per 10 minutes on a treadmill (incline 12, 3.6mph). I'd love some other ideas.
