I can't help myself. I went on two benders yesterday. pasta for lunch and ate out for dinner. i worked out yesterday, I've worked out already today. how do i stop this cycle. ws0606

I have been like this a long time, currently 215lbs, goal 170lbs (to start.) I've tried every thing. I'm thinking about surgery now. CRAZY. This is a new start. Wish me luck.
