still over-eating

I can't help myself. I went on two benders yesterday. pasta for lunch and ate out for dinner. i worked out yesterday, I've worked out already today. how do i stop this cycle.

    I have found that if I weigh myself daily, it motivates me to stay on track... I was down another pound this morning and soooo was wanting a mcgriddle but turned it down as I want to keep up my loss.. :) hope this helps.. :)

    i ate indian buffet and a huge pasta lunch. it's always about food for me

    What is your definition of bender?

    I agree with this, although you ate pasta and ate out, did you stay within your calories? Or exercise them off?
