Eating at 1200 Calories
Hello Eveyone, I have lost 30 pounds and I'm kind of in a little rut....I currently eat 1,450 calories but was thinking about taking it down to 1,200. Does anyone eat at this level? When I enter info in MFP that should give me a 2 pound a week loss. 1,200 calories does not seem like a lot to me but I struggle with my…

CLEANING HOUSE
Hello Everyone, A friend of mine is selling her house and she hasn't lived there for a while, VERY MESSY and dirty! Hello Everyone, I have a StairMaster Spinner bike, when I input my weight, time, etc. it stated I burned 90 calories for the 20 minutes that I rode....when I go to input my exercise into myfitnesspal, it says I burned 212 - how can there be such a difference? I've had my bike for 10 years. What would you go by?? Thanks!…

CHANGING CALORIES
Hello Everyone, Is there anyway to manually change your calories? I usually lose weight when I consume 1,400 to 1,450 calories a day but when I put in my weight I either get 1,580 to lose 1.5 pounds a week or 1,300 to lose 2 pounds a week. 1,300 seems a little low to me. Any ideas? Thank you! Mary Ann

Do you have to drop calories?
Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if you have to keep dropping your calories? I really don't want to eat under 1,500 calories....I'm okay with the weight coming off slowly but I am weight lifting, heavy weights, and I feel going under this will only hinder my muscle development, any thoughts? Thank you!
