Just wanted to know whether deficit calories on a day will get compensated on the next day or subsequent days ? How long does the body take to adjust deficit intake or does it compensate from some other part os the body ? Would like to know the normal average time duration for body adjusting the calories intake .
If i need to eat back my execize calories and if my mfp goal is 1500 and i exercize 400 cals on a day, should i need to eat back 1900cals for weighy loss to happen ?
Hi Could someone comment on drop in weight after cardio exercize and the reasons for it ? I sometimes experience a reduction upto 0.4 kg after doing cardio for 23 mins early in the morning ! Is this due to water loss during exercising ?
