If i need to eat back my execize calories and if my mfp goal is 1500 and i exercize 400 cals on a day, should i need to eat back 1900cals for weighy loss to happen ?

Short answer- yes!
BUT this depends on you accurately ascertaining your exercise calories to be 400. If that is an over-estimation, just eat back half, or some. If it is accurate, go for your life!

i still have trouble with that. convincing myself to eat what i burned off. some days, i eat it all back, others, i'll fill myself up with low cal meals like salads. depends on how intense the workout was and how hungry i feel afterward. if i don't eat all of them back, i do try to get close to the goal.0

I never eat my burned calories. I eat 1300 calories a day and try to burn 300-500 calories a day!
