I eat my yogurt everyday but am getting tired of the texture.. Looking for some ideas to make it easier to eat. I am looking for granola or anything that is relatively low in sugar to spruce things up a bit. Thanks!

PLATEAU
This happens to all of us. I am switching up my work outs, what I am eating, even tried to add another 60 calories everyday. Anythign else worked for anybody?? oh and I need more friends! :flowerforyou:

13 pounds in 5 weeks
I need suggestions on what you guys all do to lose weight. I am 13 pounds away from my first goal of 147 (currently 160 from 172). I decided I would give myself 5 weeks from yesterday.. which is around Presidents Day weekend to complete my goal! I eat healthy and workout about 5x per week. I have lost on average 2 pounds…

Scales? BLAH!
So I have been weighing myself with the same scale at the gym. The gym that I go to has rearranged their facility and moved it! There was another one, so I decided I would hop on that one.. It told me I weighed 169! I am normally 160/159.. I know the number doesn't really matter but what should I do??
