I need some ideas non-dairy, non-soy, clean eating ideas for protein... I already have nuts, seeds and their butters, but I need to pack more snacks on the go.
So, we are really busy in this household, and to eat clean can be challenging and time consuming. Has anyone used a T-Fal Actifry to make clean meals (ie. clean stir-fry with barley, or clean sweet potato fries)... Is it even considered clean eating at thy point?
