Mine should be open... I'm about 10 days into a 30 day clean eating detox, but I've been down the clean eating road before..I have over 100 pounds to lose too. When the 30 days are up, I'll aim for 80-90% clean. Note: I have a 7 month old, so frequently don't get as much time as I would like to eat regularly.

Yep! Don't track sugar... Unless, you know you're drinking 6 sodas a day and eating a tub of ice cream... If you're eating whole foods, ignore it.

Clean eating for me (there are a bunch of ways of looking at it, but Im pretty sure I'm in the norm) is chemical-free/preservative-free foods, hormone-free/antibiotic-free meats, nothing that causes allergies/problems in myself (dairy and soy), less processed, whole food way of eating... I don't think it's reasonable to do…

Haha. Some clean eaters are vegan, I'm not... ENT allergy to dairy, and hormone issues aggravated by soy :(

Nope! I weighed less during pregnancy (I lost about 30+ pounds in the first trimester)... Combination of my body storing nutrients, etc to make milk (so I was told), and my hormones/thyroid being what they should be while I was preggo - then returning back to their usual! Add onto it lack of sleep, etc. It stinks.

I did it years ago and had great results - lost weight, felt better, and had more energy - before the doctor said I probably had PCOS. I can't remember exactly how much weight I lost. It's so much easier to follow it than measuring every single food's glycemic index or load, than counting carbs, or (eek!) going carb free.…

If you have no issues with cholesterol, you can safely eat about 2 eggs a day (or a dozen a week), and quite possibly more if the rest of your diet is healthy... If you want more there is always the option of having 1 or 2 eggs and mixing in whites for extra protein.
