3 months progress (27.5lbs gone)
While I am no way near my goal, but in the last 3 months, I have manged to lose around 27.5lbs (12.5kg). Here are couple of before and after images:

Should I count rod’s weight?
I have adjustable dumbbells, while the plates weigh 5kg each; the rod itself is around 1kg, so the dumbbell that I end up with is 11kg. So should I be logging it as 11kg or 10kg?
