Thanks Jasneet. Well I completed the challenge today, a day over calorie till now and I have walked for 31 hours and 40 minutes this month. Hopefully I will end the month with 38 hours and 20 minutes of walking.

Great going Naruto. I realized today that I have managed to complete half the challenge, i.e. workout time. Till yesterday I had walked for 1660 minutes (27 hours and 40 minutes). Day wise, I have only been over my calorie requirement once, so hopefully on the 25th, I will be done with the second part of the challenge as…

Hot with a beautiful smile :).

Great going Jasneet. Done with 1505 minutes of walking and so far 1 day over the calorie target.

I am avoiding HILT for now. I am usually working out for 2 and half hours every day (75 minute walk + bullworker + weight training). With the sort of weather Delhi has at the moment and no air conditioning, I end up drenched with sweat. I don’t think I will be able to manage HILT at the moment, especially since my back…

Congrats Jasneet :).

Went over my calorie allocation today, but only just (3 calories to be precise). So far 1205 minutes of walking done and 15 out 16 days under calorie goal.

Most probably most of them are well into 40s or 50s or older. India is different in the sense that Yoga isn't thought of as a girl thing, rather it is something traditional that everyone should do and practice (which most don't, including me).

Cool tattoos, sure.

This year in February, I started getting back spasms. I couldn’t sit, stand, lie down or walk when they were happening for couple of weeks. Even after that, I couldn’t lie down to sleep for couple of months and had to sleep while sitting. Even now I stand in a slouched position and when going over really big bumps on…

Jasneet, that looks like quite a working. HILT is something I am looking forward to doing, once I lose some more weight and hopefully join a gym. For now, I am sticking to normal walking as cardio. And I have done 825 minutes of it this month (till yesterday). Thankfully no over the limit days yet.

WTG Jasneet :). 675 minutes done, 9 days under calorie.
-
600 minutes of walking done, under calorie for 8 out of 8 days.

Eat proper dinner before going to bed, which should have decent amount of protein and fat. That will keep your stomach feeling full. Carbs will get digested pretty quickly and will be counterproductive to the release of growth hormones.

EAS 100% Whey has great chocolate and vanilla flavor. Vanilla one tastes like custard, if you mix it in milk (which I normally do).

Great job Naruto. Jasneet, way to go :). 450mins done, 6 out of 6.
-
Omelette (3 whole eggs, 4gm butter, little salt, black pepper and crisply done.)
-
375minutes and 5 day under calorie streak.
-
Good going Naruto :). 300 minute walk so far (trying to average out 75 minutes per day vs. 70minute/day last month) and all 4 days below calorie target.
-
225 minute walk done, both days under calorie goal and today should be under as well, since it is my Tuesday fast :).
-
Thanks Jasneet and Naruto :). Jasneet, I am sure you are going to meet and exceed this month's challenge. Naruto, great going.
-
150 minute walk since yesterday and under calorie both the day.

Did 75 minute walk today, so final tally is at 2087 minutes this month. Jasneet, I bought Vector X JF-1100, it has resistant tube (Heavy Resistance) and handles for Rs. 722. I wasn't sure if I was going to end up using it regularly, hence didn't want to spend on SKLZ setup.

1. Finding those pants lose, which used to be tight, just couple of months ago :D.

2012 minutes of walking done till now. Also received my resistance band today (got inspired by Jasneet to buy it, thanks Jasneet) and used it for chest workout, along with free weights and it worked really well.
