Does it really matter whether you're walking to lose weight or running, just as long as you're burning more calories than you take in?
Does it really matter when you eat carbs during the day? Because today I usually eat carby like food like bread or granola bars before 3 but I woke up later, and my eating schedule's way off.
How long do you guys usually wait after exercise to eat??
I try to keep my intake to about 1200 because that's my caloric goal but then I do exercise and I usually burn up to 400 calories. So that makes my net calories about 800, do I still need to bring my net calories up to 1200 so my metabolism doesn't slow down??
