Carb Myth

Does it really matter when you eat carbs during the day? Because today I usually eat carby like food like bread or granola bars before 3 but I woke up later, and my eating schedule's way off.

    I personally think you should eat your carbs around workouts....whenever those might be scheduled, whether morning or evening.
