Want to binge!
Annoyed I haven't lost anything in a couple weeks and so guess what I want to do????? BINGE! AHHHH, HELP! How do you deal with this? I'd love to hear from people who struggle with binge eating. Not those who have no problem with it at all...I need some compassion and tough love from those who have been there!

35 days in...
I've made some great changes, that I'm very happy with. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm a bit disappointed. I initially lost 6 lbs which I'm stoked with, but I gained some back after an illness knocked me for 6 with bronchitis and asthma. I'm now at 145/6. and that hasn't shifted in a couple weeks. I really thought…

Sick kids=no time for me!
Feeling a bit down today. I was doing FABULOUS these last 2 weeks incorporating exercise in my routine and feeling great. Sunday I had to work from home, so that was a write off, then my oldest girl got sick with an awful cough and now last night my younger babe started in with it and woke up at 11 vomiting all over the…

Low sodium - headache?
I've had a wicked headache today. I get headaches like this every once in a while, but I almost always contribute it to not having eaten enough, or had enough water. Neither helped today, so I took Tylenol. What I have noticed is that my sodium has been in the green by 500-1000 every day for the last 3 days. I don't add…

Small Victories!
So, I had my husband hide my scales this last week as I was OBSESSED. So I don't really know how I'm doing, but this morning my husband told me my face looked 'skinny'. LOL! I'll take it! And, FYI - I'm doing a 4 week challenge that has weigh ins every Monday, so I'll hold off until then.

Is walking 4.5k daily 'moderately active'?
Thanks for reading. I posted last night, but I accidently wrote 4.5k a week, which isn't correct! Now the thread is dead as people did, very kindly answer but it hasn't been looked at since! I regularly walk 4.5k 5 days a week. I feel like this is just part of my daily life, not exercise as I'm not losing weight! Just…

Anyone else have to hide the scale?
I find the scale SO discouraging. I can be feeling GREAT about myself and my efforts, then step on to the scale and it can ruin everything, which then sets off this mindset of 'well, clearly this isn't working so whats the point? Off to cry into a chip bag' Now, that isn't what I do anymore...as I log and I find that helps…

Activity Level? Confused?!
Having trouble with my activity level. I'm a mom of 2, youngest is 3. I stay home with them, so I'm no sedentary. I walk 4.5k over the course of the DAY doing school runs. I've checked 'Lightly Active' because despite all this walking I've plateaued and then gained! So I'm assuming my body has just adjusted to it. Is that…

No weight loss, but lost an inch?
Does this make sense? Its an inch off of my stomach. I'd love to get excited about this, but because there's been no weight loss I cant help but think that it's a fluke. I've been watching my food intake and portions, eating clean and getting doing the 30DS as well as C25K and one Zumba/week.

New to Diet and Exercise - need to lose 20lbs
Hi everyone! I'm a 34 year old mum, 5'4", somehow I'm 149lbs - how did that happen?! I walk almost 4k everyday taking my daughter to and from school. When I first started this I dropped about 10lbs, without trying or being conscious of it. A couple CHristmas' later I've put it back on. Clearly my body is just used to that…
