Want to binge!

Annoyed I haven't lost anything in a couple weeks and so guess what I want to do?????
BINGE!
AHHHH, HELP!
How do you deal with this?
I'd love to hear from people who struggle with binge eating. Not those who have no problem with it at all...I need some compassion and tough love from those who have been there!

    don't binge. that would be nuts. but have a cheat day…within reason..then go back to your routine..I bet the scale moves then.
  • I find it can help to allow yourself something small of whatever you'd normally binge on, even if it means going over your usual calorie intake for one day. It's better to go over a small amount than however much you would with a binge, plus you're not then left with the guilty feelings.

    If not chug a pint of water or try and find something to occupy your mind until the craving passes. Don't give up!
