PLEASE HELP!!! ANYONE WHO USES LEAN PRO MATRIX PROTEIN???
I just bought a tub of Lean Pro Matrix protein powder and it didn't come with a scoop. I'm aware that the scoops are usually found at the bottom but I looked for it extremely well and it isn't in there!!! So if there is anyone that uses the same protein as me can you please tell me how many tablespoons are in a scoop???…

If I'm not hungry, should I still make myself eat? It's lunch time but I don't want to eat lunch because I'm not hungry... not even a little. :-/

Vitamins
I have noticed that I haven't been getting enough vitamins now that I'm eating less. What kind of multivitamin do you use? I just borrowed a couple from my mom until I have time to go to the store today. Is there a difference between brands?
