Today is a new day...
I went out last night and ended up drinking almost a days worth of calories in alcohol (mostly beer). Shame on me. BUT the good news is I got right back on track this morning. Does anyone have any light drink suggestions? Liquor, not beer. Thanks so much!

Last Tuesday I started waking up at 4:40 a.m. to be at the gym when they open at 5:00. I'm only able to get in about a 45 minute workout. But I'm loving it! I need to eat the calories I burn?
I'm new to the site and I'm a little confused, hoping someone can help. I don't understand why the calories I burn during a workout go into my calories to consume for the day? How will I lose weight if I eat the calories I'm burning?
