Improvement
I started my weight loss journey Sept. 23. My BMI measured at 41.5, as of today my BMI measures 39.0. It's not a lot, but an improvement. I'll be posting before and in-process pictures on New Years. I've done a good job so far, proud of myself.

Turbofire any good?
I am wondering if turbofire is any good? Has anyone had results with turbofire? I'm currently doing Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, but I feel I need to up my workout.
