I am 5''2 at 163lbs and I did Inferno Yoga workout 1, according to my hrm I burned 325 calories.

I am 166 lbs at 5''2 and I did 100 burpees. I used my HRM and it reads that I burned 200 calories. I hope this helps.

Yes! I wore a size 7.5 and some 8's. Now after losing 49 lbs I wear size 6.5. I also notice my feet aren't as wide now than before. It's crazy the things people notice from weight loss. I never would of imagined that my feet would shrink!
