I understand goal is what I should eat without exercise, exercise is how many calories I lost/burned through exercise, and it gives me the option to eat my exercise calories, but what are net calories? Do you count exercise in your activity?
Someone said something on one of my posts today that got me curious. When you're figuring out your BMI, TDEE or whatever, and you pick an activity level, do you include exercise in that, or do you only include how active you are without doing exercise?

What to log my exercise as?
When I do my weight training, I literally go from one exercise to the next, fast as possible, doing like arms, legs, abs, etc. Not working the same muscle group twice in a row. Would I log this as circuit training or just weight training?

Is 1600 calories "gonna make me fat"?
