The estimated kj expended on the exercise log is showing almost 48 000kj and the 5 week predicted weight almost 6000kg. Is this a global issue or just me?
Hi guys, I am in a serious binge eating mood for the last few weeks and can't seem to break it. Since January i managed to lose almost 16kg, but this binge cycle has made me gain back 4kg!
