Low carb pasta?
Does anyoen know of any good low-carb pastas? I've heard of some kind of Asian pasta sometimes called 'miracle noodles' that has almost no calories and a lot of fiber. I 've never tried it. How often do you weigh yourself?
Do you worship the scale, or only bring it out of the closet once a week? My roommates and I have a scale in our bathroom, so I admittedly weigh myself everytime I'm in there... Is it discouraging to you when people comment on how easy it
I've lost 62 lbs from my highest weight (at nine months pregnant) in 16 months, and believe me, I've worked for every ounce of it. What's really discouraging and insulting to me is how people comment on how 'easy' it is for me to lose weight. My mother and my sister especially will complain that it's not fair how 'easy'…

I always record the show, and right now I am watching today's episode, about wholistic nutrition from India. I already use curry powder as a condiment because it's high in antioxidants, which is one tip he suggests. Does anyone have any favorite Dr Oz tips they use for staying healthy? :)

When you eat under your calorie limit and still gain... how
My calorie limit I set for myself each day is 1200. Yesterday, I worked off over 400 calories (447, I think), so I should have been able to eat 1,800 calories. Advice for running when you can't get out of the house?
I'm trying to start running to get in shape-- My first minigoal is to be able to run a mile without having to slow to walk (Yeah, I'm realllly out of shape). New here, but not new to weight loss :)
I lost 25 lbs in high school, but had a baby and gained it all back... Plus almost 50 more. I've lost 60 lbs since then, and want to keep it up! Just created an account, hoping it will help me track protein and fiber and get more of that in. :)
