Yesterday was week 3 day 1 for me! I made it through, but the second 400-yard jog, I had to stop and get a drink. But I got right back in there! It's so exciting to think that in another 3 weeks, I should be able to jog 2 miles! :)

I'm on my second week, and I love it! This program has really been motivating me, and I can actually tell I'm working up endurance! 5k by March! :)

I only have 6,100 right now :( But I'm going to march in place for a while longer this evening and try to get that number up another thousand at least before I go to bed!

Definately 2 twenty-minute sessions! Better yet, 3 twenty-minute sessions. Every time you do at least 15 minutes of aerobic activity, it boosts your metabolism for a few hours afterwards. So, clearly it is better to boost your metabolism twice or thre times instead of just once!

I definately want to do this! I can only run like 1/8 to 1/4 mile at a time right now, so this is perfect for me :) All the other 5k plans I've found start with jogging a mile, and I just can't do that yet!

I love cottage cheese with cantelope and black pepper... Yum. Also, ricotta cheese is a lot like cottage cheese only smoother, and it can take the place of cream cheese spread on bagels and so on.

Ohh thats a good idea I haven't thought of yet! I love Yes to Carrots, and I use it on my skin as a general moisturizer, and tried it on my stretch marks for a while when I ran out of Mederma while I was on vacation and couldn't buy anymore. Thanks! :) Yeah just counting calories leaves a lot of room to be unhealthy... I was eating under 1000 calories a day, but 6 days out of 7, I was getting literally zero protein or fiber. It was all carbs lol. Baddddd decision....

I have used Bio Oil, Mederma for scars, Mederma for stretch marks, other scar creams, cocoa butter, cocoa oil, chea butter... everything. I think Mederma for stretch marks worked the best.
