New here, but not new to weight loss :)

I lost 25 lbs in high school, but had a baby and gained it all back... Plus almost 50 more. I've lost 60 lbs since then, and want to keep it up! Just created an account, hoping it will help me track protein and fiber and get more of that in. :)

  • Thanks! :) Yeah just counting calories leaves a lot of room to be unhealthy... I was eating under 1000 calories a day, but 6 days out of 7, I was getting literally zero protein or fiber. It was all carbs lol. Baddddd decision....

  • I have been up and down all my life. Now I feel this is my last hurah. I have stared with my fitness pal and along with with regular exercise moderate i Have lost 8pounds so far. Lots more to go but I am determined:yawn:
