Would like more friends for encouragement. I need it. I have been my own motivation, but some days are just really hard. I am trying to loose between 50 and 75 pounds.
Should I eat breakfast before I work out or after I work out? I work out in the morning before I eat breakfast and I work out again at night after I eat dinner (about an hour or so after) Does it matter? I am getting conflicting advice from friends. Thanks
