Is there a way to copy and paste a workout from another app (JEFIT) ? I dont want to have to type every single workout I do again.

Does myfitnesspal link up with JEFIT? JEFIT has more excercises on all body parts, also including the aerobic/ cardio. I searched for workouts on chest and biceps here on myfitnesspal and did not find over half the workouts I do. Also, does myfitnesspal have calories burned during a workout? That would be nice!
