work out info help please.

I need to know if there is a faster way to put my workouts on here. Also, how can I put my workouts in by the day? I weight lift Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. To finish any one day, it takes about an hour with very little rest. I have so many different workouts in a single day I dont want to have to write it all down again. Is there an easier way to record/ copy/ paste the whole workout rather than one at a time?

    Well done you!
    If you go to 'track exercise' then 'add exercise' then CLICK 'search'
    at the bottom is 'Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database'

    you can then input the details, maybe the 'description' can be the day of the week.
    The info will be saved but you can change the time if you need to, each time you add it.
