Projected Calories and not losing weight
I started my weight loss journey on 1/2/17. The fist week I actually gained one pound and since then I've only lost 3.5lbs. I am exercising 4-5 times a week, drinking plenty of water, and I have my daily calories goal set to loose 2lbs per week and I can't even loose 2 lbs in a month. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.…
