Iced In/Snowed In - workout suggestions
I am iced in today. I am trying to put together some type of workout plan for this evening. Other than pushups and situps, and good suggestions when you can't get out but don't want to miss out on a workout? I have no resistance or cardio equipment at home.

On the final 10

Jumped off the wagon for 10 days

Too few calories
On the days that I eat what I think is good food, I have a hard time hitting 1200 calories. These are the days I eat oatmeal for breakfast, something like chicken and vegetables for lunch, some other lean meat and vegetables for dinner, with a banana or apple for a snack and my nightly low fat icecream.
