TDEE help?????
So I'm told I need to burn 500 calories a day and eat 500 calories less a day to lose two pounds a week. Is the 500 less calories 500 less than my TDEE? If so Then I would be only eating 1064 calories a day because my TDEE is 1564, that seems insanely low even for a small person. I'm 5'2 and 117 pounds, age 31 female. Only…
