So I've been using the Arc trainer at the local planet fitness, and at my inputted weight and at maximum incline, maximum resistance, I can burn like 1000+ calories in an hour! Well at least that's what the machine tell me, but that CAN'T be right....can it?
What kind situations almost guarantee you're gonna go over your calorie limit? Not like a little but like a lot! For me its almost guaranteed I'm gonna go over if I end up hanging out with a pretty girl, inevitably we get food and drinks and dessert and all that jazz! What do you do to overcome your that cheat temptation?…
So once I started dieting with this site my weight PLUMMETED lol. went from 188 to 179 in a matter of days. Obviously that's just water weight and I'm about to plateau out. But how much water weight can a person expected to lose before getting into actual fat loss?
So is there any particular way that (and this is such a weird way to put this) you can lose face weight? Or tone the muscles in your face? I'm kinda lacking a jaw line and always wondered if there were ways to solidify things.
