What kind situations almost guarantee you're gonna go over your calorie limit? Not like a little but like a lot!
For me its almost guaranteed I'm gonna go over if I end up hanging out with a pretty girl, inevitably we get food and drinks and dessert and all that jazz! What do you do to overcome your that cheat temptation? (if you can :P )

for me it's 2 tablespoons of peanut butter before noon.
Not many calories, but it always ***** me over when I do that.0 -
I haven't had a cheat day in months because I don't even crave the foods I ate to get me fat. In every situation you have a choice to eat healthy or not, so there's no one situation where you're always going to go over unless you make that conscious decision to. That being said, I'm going to Vegas next week and the restaurants there are NOT in the MFP food database. I will be eating lobster bisque, crab cakes, lobster mashed potatoes, Bouchon Bakery macarons, etc. I've been eating around 1200-1400 cals in the preceding weeks to make up for the splurge.0

If I'm really stressed out and tired and there's a lot of food around that doesn't need much prep work - like slices of cheese and crackers and trail mix and .....0

All that Jazz for me normally include some extra workout with her to burn a lot of that food and drinks. But like you said temptation happens, I normally leave a lot of free calories when I know I'm going to be in those situations just to not be all socially awkward about my calorie counting. Recently with Intermittent fasting it has been easier since during the day I can simply say I'm not hungry but when dinner time comes I can enjoy.0 -
When i go to Amsterdam. I get horrendous munchies0
