can't reach my calorie goal
I know this sounds bad, but I am having a really hard time getting to 1200 calories a day. I can't eat that much food. Does anyone have any tips for adding calories with out feeling like I am eating too much?

Slimquick vs Fitnesspal
I am having difficulty with the calorie counters on both websites. They each give a different calorie Value for the same foods. I assume the myfitnesspal one is more accurate because it gives the name brands and the slimquick is generic, but the slimquick one has higher values.
