My scale is a nut-job. One minute it tells me I'm 120 pounds, the next minute I'm 142. What's the most accurate scale?
I've rejoined MFP after falling off the wagon a few months ago. I'm hoppin back on with diet reforms. Would love some friends who have struggled with blood sugar, lactose, and whose diets consume mainly of proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains, little sugar, and no dairy.
