I've rejoined MFP after falling off the wagon a few months ago. I'm hoppin back on with diet reforms. Would love some friends who have struggled with blood sugar, lactose, and whose diets consume mainly of proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains, little sugar, and no dairy. Hoping to find some women who aren't nessecarily workout junkies, but who just want to be healthier, to take care of themselves for the future. Need that accountability!
