My scale is a nut-job. One minute it tells me I'm 120 pounds, the next minute I'm 142. What's the most accurate scale?

    I dont know if there is a most accurate, but use a digital and sometimes it seems messed up too. I weight myself and then weigh myself again. If the numbers match I go with it, if not I weigh myself again and again til I get the same number twice and go with it. I have lost 40 on MFP since May

    That's how scales behave when the battery is low. When did you last change the battery?

    You can also get varying readings if you don't have the scale on a flat, hard floor.

    Even with new bat it does it sometimes
