When dieting... what sorts of things make you lose more muscle (safely)? I know I've lost a lot already... Muscle % measurements go up as I lose fat... but I think the total amount is going down or staying the same.

I'm halfway to my goal (235 --> 208 --> 180). I want to be in 170-190 before starting HRT if possible.
