How did you log the 30 day shred level 1 in your exercise? I searched for it but nothing came up. Did you add each jumping jack, lunge, etc.? That seems like it'd take forever to add in.

Do I need to eat all my calories....
to be the most successful? I have a fairly active job and MFP says I should eat 1400 calories. I'm 5'4, 118lbs, and have it set to work out 3 times/week for 30 min to start out with. New- trying to tone up
Hi all, Today is my first day on this website and I love it so far. My goal is to lose a few pounds and really tone up. I'd love to get nicer arm muscles and be able to do a pull-up for the first time in my life.
