do you always eat healthy or do you only eat your calorie goal? i know it is best to eat as healthy as possible, but is possible to still lose as long as you don't go over your mfp calorie goal and exercise of course? just curious, thanks

does it matter what kinds of food?
i know healthy is best, but if i eat anything and stay at my calorie target for the day, does it work the same way?i do try to eat healthy, but sometimes i don't! just wondering if it's just about calories in/out that helps you lose weight? thanks
