thanks everyone, i do try to eat healthy! lately i have been eating everything in sight, i have to get back on track. i have a hard time finding time to cook, with work, kids and everything else. i just think i need to plan better!!

i weigt myself once a week, on sundays. i try to weight myself at the same time, and with the same clothes on!

thats what i was just thinking about, also. i think tomorrow i will have oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast, lunch peanut butter on a bagel thin with half a banana, and for supper maybe baked chicken with mixed vegies and a salad!

lunch i had tilapia and instead of a green salad i had a fruit salad, including 1 red apple, 1 granny smith and an orange with broccoli on the side!!!!!! now i just have to decide what i will have for dinner, the veggie soup sounds o so good!!!
